And the Survey Says…

Survey Says

Thank you so much to all of you who took the time to respond so thoughtfully to the survey–it’s really helped me make some decisions. Over the next few weeks, we’ll incorporate some of the great ideas that you guys made. The first change involves the revival of the Facebook page.

Take a second to join the Inspire Me Monday Facebook group by clicking HERE. The Facebook page will be a forum to 1) continue building community 2) leave practical blogging tips and how-tos that will help the community grow. 3) encourage each other when we’re feeling burned out about blogging. 4) occasionally share posts that are outside the scope of ‘inspiring’ so that we can support each others more than once a week. It’s a closed group, so non-members will not be able to see what you post there.

This week, we’d like to encourage you to link up TWO posts–with a twist.  When I look back over some of my first blog posts, I realize that I really didn’t know much about blogging or making my posts look visually appealing in any way.  I’ve come a long way since 2012! I think my parents may have been the only one who read my blog posts back in those early days, too ;).  So, this week, link up the post that you already had in mind linking up.  The twist?  Go back to your archives and find a post you really wish more people would read.  Look it over and tweak it a bit.  Add better graphics or photos. Edit it to make it your best writing ever.  And then go ahead, leave a second link!

Just remember–if you leave two links, please visit two links–after all, according to the survey, community is one of the most important reasons that you come to this space.

Inspire Me Monday Instructions

What’s your inspirational story? Link up below, and don’t forget the 1-2-3s of building community:

1. Link up your most inspirational post from the previous week AND add a link from your archives (2014 or before)

2. Vist TWO other contributors (especially the person who linked up right before you) and leave an encouraging comment.

3. Spread the cheer THREE ways! Tweet something from a post you read, share a post on your Facebook page, stumble upon it, pin it or whatever social media outlet you prefer–just do it!

Please link back to this week’s post or add the button to your post so that we can spread the inspirational cheer :).
